Disclaimer : While all reasonable safety precautions are taken, the DEC and its organizing partners disclaim all liability for any injury, loss or damage to property occurring during your participation.
Confidentiality and Conduct : As a volunteer, you may have access to sensitive or proprietary information. You agree to respect confidentiality and conduct yourself professionally at all times.
Image Use Permission : You consent to being photographed or filmed during the event. The DEC reserves the right to use this media for promotional or documentary purposes without additional consent or compensation.
Commitment : You understand that your role is essential to the success of the event and you are committed to fulfilling your assigned missions to the best of your ability.
