DEC Volunteers Policy

By volunteering for the Digital Explore Conference (DEC), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

1. Voluntary Participation: Your participation is entirely voluntary. You will not receive monetary compensation or benefits for your services.

 

2. Personal Responsibility: You agree to carry out your duties responsibly, respectfully, and in alignment with the vision and values of the conference organizers.

 

3. Liability Waiver: While all reasonable safety measures will be taken, DEC and its organizing partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during your involvement.

 

4. Confidentiality & Conduct: As a volunteer, you may be privy to sensitive or proprietary information. You agree to maintain confidentiality and conduct yourself professionally at all times.

 

5. Media Release: You consent to being photographed or recorded during the event. DEC reserves the right to use such media for promotional and documentation purposes without additional consent or compensation.

 

6. Commitment: You understand that your role is crucial to the success of the event and agree to fulfill your assigned duties to the best of your ability.
